Melissa

Hi! My name is Melissa. I am a certified personal trainer with 8 years of experience and multiple certifications including myofascial release, and nutrition. After getting my career started in private gyms over the years, I decided to combine all my experience, knowledge, and passion into my own company, Kinetik Fitness, with multiple services. I aim in helping improve the health and quality of life of as many people as possible. Working with groups of children, teens, adults, and seniors. Here are some cases I've worked with:
